Darcy McNaboe is Principal and Founder of Village Enterprises, which advises businesses on management issues, as well as development and growth. She has an extensive history of community involvement, including serving as Past President of the Grand Terrace Foundation, Vice Chair of MFI Recovery Center, a Director of the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Transit Authority, the Council of Governments of San Bernardino County, and of the San Bernardino Valley Water District’s Advisory Commission on Water Policy. She was elected to the Grand Terrace City Council in 2010 and re-elected in 2012.
